Good Eveining! In order to move forward with the contents from unit 2, I will ask you to continue with page 20 and 21 from the coursebook on how to  deal with the public.
1. Do the reading comprehension activity. (exc. 1, and 2 fron page 20).

2. Practice different situations making use of professional conversational skills. (Exc. 3 on page 21)

We’ll do the audio excercise in class, together with Quiz number 1 .
